CommutAir is raising pay to $72/hr for F/O's, and $100/hr for Captains. Retention bonus is $25K for F/O's and $50K for Captains. This is less than what the AA Wholly owned got (I don't know how the retention bonus compares thou). But this is for the life of the contract which is until 2026 vs. 2024 at the AA WO.
