Another Regional Gets a Big Pay Raise
CommutAir is raising pay to $72/hr for F/O's, and $100/hr for Captains. Retention bonus is $25K for F/O's and $50K for Captains. This is less than what the AA Wholly owned got (I don't know how the retention bonus compares thou). But this is for the life of the contract which is until 2026 vs. 2024 at the AA WO.

Mesa new Pay Rates for new hire
FO 100/hr
Capt 150/hr
and NO 24 month stipulation it’s firm and no time limit
No two year contract pay and it’s PERMANENT!!!!!
now highest paid regional in the industry
But no signing bonus anymore it use to be 50k bonus
That is eliminated

I’m hearing mixed reports about MESA but C5 is definitely permanent and not a snap back. More people were claiming snap backs at Mesa in the beginning but it seems like now most are claiming it is permanent
