I think he was just pointing out what ridiculously low first year pay NK has, especially when you consider training pay and the lack of insurance for new hires. It is the lowest in the majors - by far. If you don’t believe that is a proper fact to point out in a thread on attrition, then you are an idiot. But we are all happy you love it where you are now - I would assume a CA, which is something new hires here won’t see in five years with the current rate of attrition.
