They're making fun of cargo, not anti first year pay.
Except for Frontier, every other company is raising
all years of pay, not just first year. The frontier pilot group screwed the pooch on that one. Fortunately our union had some good foresight and the company will have to make a commitment to the whole group if they want to keep this airline staffed.
