Economics change... He didn't delay any narrowbody order at all. The economics of RJs have changed in the last 5 years. United does have the best hubs, but yeah, they don't have a monopoly on their hubs like AA and DL do. When he was at AA the whole industry was moving away from screens and then DL went all in and forced everyone else to go back.

Things change, not sure what to tell you.
