Avoid BTQ at all costs right now. The company is on a downward trend having lost almost all its EAS to other carriers like DAC or VTE.

The management of the company could careless about the pilot group and the pay is horrible compared to the industry currently. Reserve shifts are now 1pm to 1am in base which means you 100% can’t live outside of base if your on reserve. Reserve is all for charters now which good luck if that lasts for them.

The PC12 is amazing but don’t expect to receive any real proper training that will make you feel comfortable as a PIC in the aircraft before carrying passengers. There is a rumor the CP has a charge on his record for something you don’t want to be around and one of the Check airmen aggressively hits on female pilots and is uncomfortable to fly with if your a male because of his mental state.

Please do your career a solid and avoid flying for BTQ you will thank me later.
