I would be tempted to get an extra 4-5 days off every month versus maybe 3 PB days a month. However, that doesn't address reserve availability. And 2X pay would be nice but nobody will vote for it unless they get the additional time off that a line holder gets to even out the opportunity. Too reiterate this is a fun APC thought exercise to pass the day but "it ain't broke, so don't fix it"
