Lived it got the merit badge not the entire 15 but the long enough for hiring to start again. If you spent 15 years you weren’t trying to get out very hard and obviously willing to settle for less than again.
This is pretty much what comes out of the back end of a bull. I know people trying mightily to get out that ended up 20 year captains and check airmen who could not move. Nothing wrong with them. Now they can move.
