3491897[/url]]I don’t see the problem. They don’t need any scope relief for the 550. They can change the weights and adjust the configuration all they want. They don’t need to change one letter in the scope clause…. They just need to put UAL pilots in the cockpit!

The point of the scope clause isn’t to keep UAL from using RJs in the operation, it’s to limit how much flying UAL can give to non-seniority list pilots. It the 550 is worth flying, put it on the mainline certificate.
