The new Gojet pay scale for a 14 year captain is $63 per hour less than Skywest's and 60 less than Envoy. Gojet adds 4% to 401k while Skywest adds 12%. Envoy, 6.4% match.
I think it is time to get your apps out.
United is only going to keep paying the bills until they can work out a transfer agreement or until Gojet is only flying 10-15 planes and other regionals can just step in and takeover the trips.
