The August numbers were a bit off because it wasn’t a full month, rather a 30 day look back, but still close. So August was 15 captains and 27 FOs resignations, with another 7 lost for training reasons.

YTD total was almost exactly what I quoted
649 hired
296 quit + 54 training/other
299 net gain

We’ve basically sent a hundred pilots to each of the big 3 and a smattering to other companies per the breakdown.
