When you are ultimately forced to admit we are correct, does that mean you'll vote for us in one of those elections? Will you be stepping up to volunteer so you can shed your own "arm chair QB" status?

I previously did volunteer committee work at another major prior to FDX. Currently family life won’t allow a large sacrifice of time while commuting. This is why I trust the GROUP who does volunteer to make all these decisions. I understand from my union experience that a large GROUP sits down and debates and discusses these large decisions prior to any action. As someone referred to earlier, policy dictates most of it.
Why are you so caught up on this briefing? When I did committee work, everything wasn’t briefed every single day. Some people on that committee had the decision making power on certain subjects and this was defined in the policy manual.
Did you try to recall volunteers as the poster above stated? I sure hope this is not true. During Covid I think this union has done an excellent job with agreements and MOU’s that have threaded the needle on a very tough situation. I have gained immensely from the sick bank protection. We also don’t have forced vaccinations. How about giving some credit? Instead you look for the negative and make accusations. Are you just the type that has to always find a negative angle? The grass is always greener on the other side type? I sure hope you cheer up a bit.
