Kansas isn't too bad, but it does get fairly cool in the winter (this past winter was particularly bad). Kansas State has a 141 school in Salina and if you're interested you can PM me for further info. Kansas State main campus is Manhattan is a lot of fun, and relatively cheap tuition-wise, I think...if you would rather go the "useful degree and FBO training" route.
