Those 3K apps are on file at every airline. Guess where they'll choose to go either before or after training starts? We DO NOT have the same access to pilots as the bigger airlines.
Yes, I absolutely said, "My MEC speaks for me". They still do, it's how Unions work. So if we say this falls short, they will go back to management and relay that message. How is that hard to understand? There were 3300 different asks, some issues important to me didn't get solved and I don't agree with what was put out. Not to mention the implementation of this CBA is so diluted, we wouldn't see the major improvements until half the contract has gone by. I'll vote no. That how this works.
