Agree the union guys are top shelf, can't think of anyone better by a long shot.

They can also resign, either out of frustration or just a feeling that they've taken it as far as they can.

Then what? Not a rhetorical question, seeking constructive thoughts.

Obviously need to ask the union guys what THEY think will happen post-No. They voted for this thing unanimously...
Just in conversations I have had, two are willing to just be done and probably are done either way (yes or no that is). Understandable as any alpa position is tough (especially as a volunteer on your days off). What then, would be to find someone willing to volunteer and then interviews and start up again. The devil really is in the details on this one. Just an example, but most probably expected a retro to be on average 40k more than what they are going to receive. Speaking strictly about a 12 year CA......a pilot at that level will earn 200k more over the next 3 years with the new work rules. Would you rather have the extra 40k now and maybe not get scope, work rules, flexibility, etc.... Or would you rather get the extra 200k over the next three years????? This shouldn't be the only deciding factor, but just one more thing to take into consideration.
