Yes, it’s good to see wages finally come up, but if the majors don’t secure rates soon, that chance will slip away. As it is, all these rates are likely to be given back, at least partially, as the economy continues to implode.
You need to factor in the massive retirements every year throughout the decade. We have never seen that before. It will continue to driven shortages, even as the economy continues to implode.
