The NC dropped the ball on profit sharing. Amongst other industry standard things. They went for the bare minimum of what the pilots ranked in order. Nothing more in this scarce pilot market. Disappointing. But 90% of the guys at AS are happy with barely industry standard gains. Pathetic.
