It’s not our job to make sure that the company can attract pilots. If they need improvements outside of the contract cycle, I’m sure we’d “entertain” them. The ball would still be in our court.

It's in everyone's interest to attract new pilots otherwise there will be no airline. Paying FOs 100.00 is what regionals are doing now.
