I can honestly say I’m still undecided, but leaning towards yes. There things I don’t agree with as far as how the union decided to move on from certain improvements. There are things I really like. There are things I flat out didn’t know or understand in the TA that will be huge QOL improvements. There are provisions that will pay us a lot if they mess with us BBH and reserve alike. One example from things scheduling has pulled under the current contract. Currently LCR can be converted and have been converted for the whole month just to sit in the crashpad and not get used. Now that pays 109 hours. 79 guarantee, conversion 1-6 6hours, conversion 7-18 24 hours. Also another concern was implementation, since 3rd step has been so fast. If they miss the deadline of March 1 2023 of ADG pay and credit implementation, ADG goes up 5 minutes every month it’s not implemented. If it’s anything like 3rd step we may be not have to do one day of work a month.

They are other penalties, for other implementation items. I was also leery of somebody trying to sell this contract to me. It’s happened in the past, not one person told me how great anything was, just simply answered my questions.
Good on ya for doing a little due diligence! Our section 25 is going to be the envy of the industry!
You know what the rub is? There are guys on here from other airlines, clueless about what we even negotiated, taking shots at our MEC, NC, and pilot group… talk about balls and ignorance, I can’t imagine telling someone at another airline how to vote on his or her contract, especially knowing what they actually know… very little. Embarrassing dudes, absolutely embarrassing!
