It doesn’t need to be a UAL pilot. We (UAL) have held 2 of the top 4 positions at National and it’s done nothing for us. We have bloated the NASC to 10+ members when it’s historically been 2 or 3. Our current MEC appears (IMO) to have spent more time and our dues dollars on getting TI elected than they have on getting us a contract.
