Using Dopey Jerry's own corporate speak buzz words (he loves management...don't believe it?.....more on that soon), i will attempt to answer the question I've been asking him:

>>>> Is accepting a job at United, knowing its pilots were going on strike acceptable to you? <<<<Dopey Jerry's words in bold italics:

I have demonstrably failed at answering a simple question because my
groupthink friends who all have delusions of grandeur and are diametrically opposed to me answering the erroneous question.

Dopey Jerry, answer the question.

Garrry. Can you tell us a little about your start at United? We'd love to hear it. Garrry-splain it to us.

Please hand your phone to the nearest sane person so they can throw it in a lake.

yep. A Grandpa who's wondering if the union nurses at the home took jobs knowing a strike was about to happen.

FlinFlon, maybe you can help answer this for the groupthink? It's weird how nobody can answer it.

Hindsight is 20/20. Everyone “knew” the railroad workers were gonna strike until it was averted at the last minute. Taking a job during a labor dispute is not the same as crossing a picket line. Either United was on strike and they crossed a picket line, or United was not on strike and they took a job, but stood the line when it counted. Ultimately, it hurt United’s position more when their master plan backfired in their face and 566 stood with ALPA.

FlipFlop, welcome to the "can't answer the question" club (or as Dopey Jerry calls it - "groupthink"). Another member!

Try answering it again. This time try answering it without justifying it (unless you took a job knowing United pilots were going on strike?)

Where's Garrry to Garrry-splain this?
