We choose to live where we want for our own reasons. You people who think we should like what you like or somehow think we all want to live where you live, but somehow can't for some reason??? That I don't get. There's a big world out there outside of Florida.
This is a bit outside the scope don’t you think? The guy wasn’t praising Florida but rather defending it for claiming those who live there shouldn’t be disregarded during a disaster simply for living in disaster prone area. Everywhere is the country is disaster prone. Mid west get tornados, west get earthquakes and fires south west gets rolling blackouts and NE gets snow storms. Claiming people choose to live there so they should deal with their consequences is insensitive. There’s no denying that. No one’s asking for handouts or money here but to make light of people suffering isn’t right.
