It sounds like the 7ER would be my best chance to check most of the boxes and not stay on reserve forever.
ATL makes it tough to reach your goals without several years of seniority. NYC you could get that easily but at the sacrifice of a commute. I agree ATL7ER is your best bet for now. At least you'll get some taste of transoceanic on reserve
