It just goes to show when the group is sold on “industry leading pairing construction” it is everyones’ duty to actually READ THE DAMN TA and don’t take the NC’s word on anything, question everything. In base layovers we’re made possible because it wasn’t specifically precluded contractually, we let it happen. Our pairings are only as good as our previous negotiating committee.
Whats to keep them from just openly violating our contract? Remember, according to our own union they can do this and the arbitrator will definitely, 100% rule against us.
