The survey is all eyewash anyway. They don't give a **** what we think. Has anything changed in flight ops at all over the past few years with "glint" surveys? If anything, flight ops has grown more arrogant and out-of-touch.
Can you name a single, specific instance of management rattling anyone’s cage for their survey responses? I know plenty of pilots who’ve written things that would result in contact from management if the responses were anything but anonymous.
That said, I completely agree with your second paragraph above.
