This survey is "confidential," but it is not anonymous. If they really don't like your answers, they can find out who you are and rattle your cage.
The survey is all eyewash anyway. They don't give a **** what we think. Has anything changed in flight ops at all over the past few years with "glint" surveys? If anything, flight ops has grown more arrogant and out-of-touch.
game gets it.
They extended the deadline, which means participation is low. Good. I don't know why we'd do anything more for Delta than fly passengers safely from A to B until we get a contract. And who knows, if Delta keeps it up, we won't even do that during a strike.
Anyway...the best form of feedback for the glint survey is to simply not take it.
It was in the 22 Sep MEC newsletter. “
We encourage all pilots to participate and share your honest feedback.”
