I think mco/tpa would pull a lot of senior people down from ewr, iad, and iah. Right now the g-line is around 8 or 9 years but if it drops to 3 or 4 it could make those positions desirable. Captain reserve is 250,000 a yr but a junior lineholder is 300,000. Plus it opens up more options for people to do whatever they want. Commute to widebody vs live in mco and do boring out and backs... I doubt a new base will have much trip diversity but to someone that might work.
