2. Yes, most of them are flying right now, as are most of the E190s. So if you start parking more E190s without taking more A220s, from this point, then block hours/ASMs will shrink.

If you're already flying all the current A220s, and all the current E190s, you can't park a bunch of E190s and only take a few more A220s without reducing the schedule.
They would either have to shrink as you mentioned or increase utilization of the A220 or a little bit of both. So the question is, what is the current utilization of the A220? Are the 11 or 12 planes already at Max utilization? I don't believe they are since it sounded like they still have somewhat of training wheels on them (ain't stretching the legs to their full extent as yet) but I dont know for sure.

Also as much as the 220s are delayed, we will probably get 1 or 2 more by the end of the year.
