You know how many of our pilots don't know about other airlines contracts/pay/whatever? Its about the same that don't know we get reimbursed for medicals, don't know how the DTC in elitt works even though its been around for a while, and still SET to "save the monies"...

I like to think OUR pricetag is increasing, but I think unless people get educated on what's out there, they don't know. They don't go on forums, or FB pages. Its not like SWAlife is gonna sent them a telegram they can read with the latest stuff. Maybe SWAPA needs to do a 2022 PAY/Contract/Rules update and send it out for the caveman.. cave people... to check out.
