A clise friend of mine was there a couple years back. That was 7 years ago, so somewhat stale report. Pay was low 40s to start. Automatic cola every year. G600 Caravans with CAV Aero weeping wings. Really well maintained birds. Quality of life depends on which route you take. Some bust ass others are pretty easy. They have floater pilots also, if you want you can get that job. Single pilot IFR at night so the flying is serious. You will see all kinds of weather' and the job is not for scaredy cats. There was no flow through any where, dead end job, but it is a good way to build a resume. Management was fair.
