The training department has always been great IMO, and most aspects of the business side have done well. (HR, etc…)
Dont confuse company with management. We know there are issues, as I stated earlier. But overall, it’s still a good place to work.
I agree with you. Management hasn't always been the best, but the training department and pilot group were great. In my almost 4 years there I had 3 captains off the top of my head that I couldn't stand and maybe 1-2 FO's. I enjoyed my time there other than when I had to commute to NYC for reserve... LOL
