What about those of us who were hired by Gojet years ago? Current Captains train the new DECs and then watch them move to United? What kind of moral is Gojet going to have?
That's been an issue from the beginning. Senior captains with some checkride busts or who already interviewed with United and were not selected, etc. are stuck at their regional watching all the people they trained 'flow.'
I'd take it as a clear signal that it is time to leave but everyone must make their own choices.
