It is my understanding that FQ is that they need to "finish" qualifying. The bad one is NQ, I believe. Someone told this to me a few weeks ago and it is the only explanation I know.
Well fq means you cannot fly... even if you have not gone passed the 9 months.....nq also obvi means you cannot fly.... i didnt FINISH qualifiications bc my loe was cancelled due to weather and i only got to do the MV, however I did not have an FQ, I continued to fly bc i didnt go over my 9 months....... who knows... my question was why does someone whose been here about a year have a ! (low time) sign next to their name
