No, I don't regret going the route that I did at all it has been absolutely the best experience I think I could have gotten. It's true all weather flying at all times of the day/ night and all seasons. However when I stated here you couldn't get on at a regional without a couple thousand hours and a few hundred hours of multi time. I would say that career wise you'll be better off to get on with a regional if you can, I'm actually going back wards now looking at possibly going to a regional for the 121 and FMS time. But for real world experience you can't beat flying a 30 year old unpressurized turbo prop with no auto pilot in all weather. I've also got to go to alot of remote airports that once I get out of on demand I'll probably never go to again. Check out IFL, USA Jet, Ameristar, Kalitta, Special Systems or Royal Air.
