OK once less than a year from the amenable date. Guys here are expecting huge raises during covid with gov't support and 3 years of retro is completely unrealistic.We will get slightly more than AA....We have to move forward at some point. This is spot on. Even though many pilots will hold there breath and stomp their feet and vote no unless we get 3 years of Retro "at the same rates as if we had signed a contract."........
