Moving around in the manner you have should be fine. Nothing the way you wrote screams getting fired/ training washout. Part 91 and part 135 gigs can be hit or miss and change on a dime… however If QOL appeals to you then perhaps prioritize that over a specific name brand painted on the side of a jet.
