I seem to have backed myself into a weird corner in the industry with some valuable experience and I'm trying to figure out the best way to move forward. So, please don't take any of this as complaining, I'm just seeking some advice.
I'm 33 years old with around 4,000TT; 2,000 121 time; 1,500PIC; 250TPIC
I left a regional as a captain (too early) before I had a good amount of TPIC to go to an ACMI carrier. I was at the ACMI for a few years as an FO on the 767. I then left for a corporate opportunity to start a 91 flight department which I thought would be incredible. I'm nowhere near perfect, but I made the first 'really' bad decision in my career. It definitely feels like a step backwards. I'm a PIC on a Gulfstream, but the owner has no clue about aviation no matter how much you try to educate him and it's turned out to be a pretty bad deal. I was hired on by and with the chief pilot; went thru school and the Gulfstream delivery process before ever meeting the owner. Future advice for anyone.... DON'T DO THAT!
I don't have any failures or anything on my records so I'm professionally 'boring' I guess...
My dream job would be UPS, but the others would be great also. So, I have some heavy time and a little bit of TPIC but not enough obviously.
Currently, I have a couple interviews for direct entry captain positions with good sign-on bonus's at the regionals and I also have a really reputable corporate opportunity that probably will be presented to me within the next week or so. I'm on the 4th interview next week with them. The one regional is driving distance from the house and so is the corporate job. The corporate job "could" work since their pay is good and 90% of what they do are out-and-backs (home a lot). That would be a PIC position on a couple jets they have. My issue is, I would get comfortable and not go after the big iron flying for a good name. But if it was the right deal... who cares...but UPS has been in the back of my mind since day 1...
So, my MAIN question is, would it look bad on my resume for UPS / FEDEX (or any of the others) if I went from flying regionals to a heavy for an ACMI then corporate for a short jaunt then back to regionals? I personally don't think so, since these are some really different times for the industry. But I wanted to get some insight..
I've applied to the majors; however, I'm assuming I'm not getting calls due to not having the bachelors degree... need to finish the rest of that. I got lazy on that side of things.
It's so weird because it was so much easier for me to make career decisions with less experience than I have now.. LOL ... Thanks in advance I really do appreciate it

Moving around in the manner you have should be fine. Nothing the way you wrote screams getting fired/ training washout. Part 91 and part 135 gigs can be hit or miss and change on a dime… however If QOL appeals to you then perhaps prioritize that over a specific name brand painted on the side of a jet.

The degree requirement has changed a lot recently, few majors still require it, not sure about FDX/UPS. But you also need to get a sense for how much or little the degree still matters as a competitive factor, even if it's not a requirement it's still a factor at many places.
