Always do cross bleed start to save on APU time taxiing out. Have to call you out on the setwa tho. It's 3 minutes regardless of full/idle reverse. Correct procedure is doing the Approach with #2 at idle from GS intercept, so you can kill #2 at the 70 call.
This is the kind of out-of-the-box thinking that's going to take this outfit to great places!
