I thought the the QOL was a bit worse at the legacy, until I got to know the system. Once I figured it out, it's a bit more complicated, but certainly doable to match the LCC QOL. Notably, QOL has gone down at my former LCC as they've grown. Now, I can actually hold a better schedule than I ever had at my LCC. With a bit of extra work, I can also beat CA pay there.

Of course, there's also the opportunity to go fly bigger equipment to international destinations. On balance, very happy with my choice to move.
