If Kirby wants this place to look like American there’s no urgency, if he wants it to look better than delta and Southwest there is absolutely urgency and they’ve made that abundantly clear

You make a great point. I’ve always thought we pilots overvalued what the company thinks about pilot morale. But as you said, why spend so much money on PPD if morale wasn’t on their radar.
