Had no one raised their rates since 2018 when our current contract was negotiated, you wouldn’t think 1st year pay was all that bad. Not to mention, every single one of us came here knowing what the pay was. Time to grow up kid.
Maybe people need to realise that we’re over 21, old enough to bote, get married, go to war etc. let everyone make their own life decision. You guys are like little children fighting over a doll.
