Seriously, the fight is with management. Don’t you feel even a little sheepish about holding the new guys hostage financially - and even worse, in terms of insurance coverage - because you BELIEVE that MAY give you leverage? I get it, NK has a Neanderthal management, but what does that say about the rest of the pilot group if they hold innocent non-combatants hostage?

What are you advocating for? You say you’re not advocating for raising only first year pay but then just mentioned holding newbies hostage, as if that’s what we are doing by not raising first year pay???? What are you talking about then? Are you just saying you think newbies should be treated better? I think they should be treated better too. I think newbies should be treated just as well as you do.
