Seriously, the fight is with management. Don’t you feel even a little sheepish about holding the new guys hostage financially - and even worse, in terms of insurance coverage - because you BELIEVE that MAY give you leverage? I get it, NK has a Neanderthal management, but what does that say about the rest of the pilot group if they hold innocent non-combatants hostage?

I get it, NK management can be turds, but do you really think that’s the right way to treat our fellow coworkers?
What are you advocating for? You say you’re not advocating for raising only first year pay but then just mentioned holding newbies hostage, as if that’s what we are doing by not raising first year pay???? What are you talking about then? Are you just saying you think newbies should be treated better? I think they should be treated better too. I think newbies should be treated just as well as you do. What makes you think I want to screw over newbies? Where did I ever say that? I mentioned we shouldn’t raise only first year pay, you get butt hurt and say I want to screw over newbies. Now you claim you don’t want to raise only first year pay???
