This is silly. You do know for a long, long, time the way our pay scale is structured was the norm? You’re angry with what was negotiated 5+ years ago, and for some reason you think everyone’s advocating for it to stay the same. In fact, we’re currently doing the exact same AA, UA, DL, and every other major has done very recently. Right now you’re just whining to the choir. If you can’t be patient, every other airline is currently hiring.
