I don’t know where the 62% number comes from? The people hired just after bankruptcy (for 5 or 6 years) suffered under a crappy contract … they know what QOL needs to be brought back. Very few here have seen what a good contract looks like.
There is plenty of cash to go around not some false pie argument.
ALL areas need improvement.
