Ideally yes, we’d get a fat raise that would outpace inflation and match the regional pay increase percentages. But like the poster above said, reality is probably gonna hold us short of those expectations.
Our contract didn't expire yet, Alaska's had. Just like DL got their last raise 3 years ago. Our rates are bad, but we have been getting our yearly adjustments this year (don't call it a raise if it is lower than inflation).....
