mark me down as “willing to wait” for the right contract as well. Guess I don’t know numbers either.
“From that day forward” has a lot of variables. Like DOJ approval of a merger and the necessity of JB to then get a JCBA.
IF WE HAD A DEFINED JCBA DATE it would be a lot easier to calculate. But when you don’t even know if it will be approved, the calculations get very…challenging.
