They have industry leading at this point, I’m not gonna turn down Alaska pay in a LOA based on some idealistic expectations. I don’t think holding out for that sort of expectation will serve us well if the goal is to get a good raise before we start negotiating a JCBA with B6. I’m also not gonna accept a lowball pay raise which is probably the point you’re trying to make ( If that’s it, I respect
