Do not get in an accident. Do not get a speeding ticket. Get there "as quickly as you safely can". But also don't screw the rest of us over and be out of position, or report 3-4 hours later.

I think he said that’s the number they PLAN for. I don’t equate that as saying they required the pilot to report in 2 or 2.5 hours as applicable. So they probably weren’t lying (this time[emoji16].)
