We already have and had a more effective escalator but we chose to water it down to virtually be ineffective. Now is the time. The RLA is a century old and has just proven its worth to both parties. Legislative reform is the futile approach. Especially with a divided congress. Our resolve as individual bargaining entities will determine if we are to repeat the cycle endlessly.
