Trip mix changes continuously. The top 20% will stay put unless they can get top 20% on something that pays better. 320 is a stepping stone to the 330 and top pay band. 73 is a stepping stone to the, ahh, 78..no, to all the local vills and 3-4 leg days!! And it has a yolk! Yeah!
